2010 marks 100 years since the first powered aircraft took flight in Australia.
To commemorate this historic achievement and draw attention to our modern Australian aviation industry, Owen Zupp will depart on a charity flight around Australia.
He will be flying in the all Australian Jabiru J230 and departing Bundaberg Queensland on May the 5th. In the process he will also be raising funds for a great Australian charity; the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).
This application will allow you to track the flights progress around Australia in real time. Owens aircraft will be fitted with a Spidertracks aircraft tracking system allowing you to see exactly where he is right in this iPhone app.
Owen will update his blog at the end of each days flying and you will also be able to view the gallery of images from each days events.
There and Back is modern aviation adventure and we invite you to track the flight and join the fun with this app.
